Welcome

A warm welcome to parishioners, friends and to all who wish to navigate the website of St. John’s Parish.

The parish, situated in the heart of Waterford city, is home to a very active and vibrant faith community which seeks to be caring, participative and welcoming to all.
The parish inherits a rich and fascinating history. We refer to a designated page on our web-site which communicates some aspects of this great tradition.

You will find details of parish pastoral groups, parish activities and up-coming events on our web pages. We welcome all comments and suggestions.

Join me in praying God’s blessing on all visitors to this parish web-site.

N.B. Please reference our Mission Statement  below.

The statement was agreed by our Pastoral Council as part of the Pastoral Plan for St. John's Parish and is a guide to future development in our church. It is on display in our church porch for all to see.
